Ethos Fee Philosophy

We have kept Etho's fees  low to stimulate hospitals to participate in Ethos. This helps to insure that the Ethos database is robust, dynamic, diverse and representative. Ethos contains a strong and growing mix of hospitals with regard to size, location, in-house stroke program and academic affiliation status.

Subscription to Ethos provides the following:

• The ability to enter an unlimited number of patient records into Ethos.
• One year’s use of and participation in Ethos.
• Access to all reporting functions of Ethos.
• Contribution of your hospitals data to the Ethos Comparative database.
• 24/7 access to Ethos data entry and reporting features.
• Password protected security and confidentiality.
  

Ethos Fee Structure

Each hospital participating in Ethos pays an all inclusive annual fee of $1,100.

To quickly join Ethos and begin entering data and comparing your stroke treatment to other Ethos hospitals, complete and submit the on-line Ethos Hospital Enrollment and Confidential Profile.

Alternatively, fill out and submit via regular mail, a paper copy of the Ethos Hospital Enrollment and Confidential Profile.

As soon as we receive your enrollment form, we will immediately enroll your institution and send you a registration confirmation. After you have selected passwords, we will enable your access to Ethos. We will send you an invoice according to the fee structure. We look forward to your participation and to serving you.
